Questions over halted project investigation
A junior miner’s chief executive says he has voluntarily submitted to ASIC the contents of an internal investigation into a failed project expansion in India.
Sean Henbury is a chartered accountant with over 13 years of experience in public practice with three of Perth’s major accounting firms.
He was a founding director of the accounting firm FJH Solutions, where he continues to provide client support across a wide range of industries including mining, exploration, research and development, construction and manufacturing.
Mr Henbury has been company secretary of a number of companies and is regularly called upon to advise directors of their duties. He was the company secretary of ASX-listed companies Environmental Clean Technologies (formerly Environmental Solutions International) and Minbos Resources.

The chief executive of iron ore exploration and development company Elmore, formerly IndiOre, has confirmed his brother’s law firm undertook the independent review into the business’s failed project expansion, which was approved and under construction despite no adequate mineralisation being discovered.
