Scott Phillips

Scott Phillips is a financial services professional with more than 25 years of industry experience in corporate, commercial and retail banking, business financial planning and retirement planning, insurance and superannuation, He held senior roles at Westpac, StatePlus (formerly State Super Financial Services), Bank SA, NEO Financial Solutions and Commonwealth Bank. Mr Phillips is an experienced business developer and manager with an immense amount of private enterprise experience including a background in primary production and property development. He was the owner and director of Flight Experience WA, the first-to-market flight simulator business in Western Australia. He is also the co-creator of Smooth Retirement™ and the company’s chief executive and managing director. Mr Phillips has an MBA from Adelaide Graduate School of Business and a Diploma in Financial Planning.
