Western Australian voters will return to the polls tomorrow for a Senate election re-run which could have major consequences for the federal government’s legislative agenda.
Scott Ludlam was a Federal Senate Member of Western Australia for the Australian Greens. He resigned in July 2017, after discovering he held duel citizenship in New Zealand and Australia, which ruled him out from membership of the federal parliament under the constitution.
