Sandra de Castro has a background in leadership of digitisation and transformation activities in ASX 50 companies over the last decade. She was instrumental in the customer-driven transformation of NAB where she was responsible for marketing, advertising, customer analytics and customer relationship management for retail banking, business banking and wealth businesses. She has also led AGL’s consumer and business retail arm through a period of rapid digital transformation. Prior to NAB, Ms de Castro was a partner at Corporate Value Associates where she gained experience in sales and project delivery in a variety of sectors including telecommunications. She holds a BA in Biology from the University of Oxford and is highly awarded - accolades have included Australian Direct Marketer of the Year in 2011, the Facebook Studio Award in 2014, and a Grand Prix at the Cannes Lions Festival in 2011 for the renowned Break-up campaign.
