Samuel Black completed a Bachelor of Laws & Legal Practice and Bachelor of Arts at Flinders University in 2006 and was admitted to practice in March 2007. He joined the partnership at O’Loughlins Lawyers in July 2016, having commenced with the firm in 2007. Mr Black specialises in insolvency and commercial litigation matters, and has been acting for a wide range of parties including liquidators, administrators, receivers, directors, bankruptcy trustees, bankrupts and financiers.
