Sam Wilson

Sam Wilson is experienced in financial modelling, structured finance and restructuring. He is particularly skilled at the real asset level, possessing a strategic and transactional understanding of WA real estate, agriculture and infrastructure. Mr Wilson was a senior manager of Sirona Capital and was responsible for deal origination, due diligence, financial modelling, commercial analysis and asset management. He was also an accountant at Ferrier Hodgson's Perth office between 2009 and 2011 where he worked on a number of restructuring and insolvency engagements across a range of industries, with a focus on natural resources. Mr Wilson has a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University of Technology.
