Sam Wells

Dr Sam Wells is a senior lecturer in the Business School of the University of Adelaide, and academic director of the MBA program. He graduated from The University of Adelaide with 1st Class Honours in History. As South Australia's 1979 Rhodes Scholar, he completed his doctorate at Oxford in 1983. Dr Wells spent 18 years in corporate human resource management and organisational development. He established his own consulting business in 2001. In 2005, he joined the University where he delivers MBA courses in systems thinking for managers and shaping the human environment at work.
