Sally Richardson
Sally Richardson is a director, writer, dramaturg, producer & consultant within the performing arts sector in Australia.
As the artistic director of Steamworks Arts since 2001, she has created over 20 new works for contemporary dance, theatre, puppetry & circus. She was also a director of Playworks & Stages WA & a core artist with Performing Lines WA from 2008 to 2016.
In 2016, Ms Richardson launched a new circus theatre company MAXIMA: Circus beyond Limits.
Ms Richardson was a board member of the Australia Council Theatre Board & Spare Parts Puppet Theatre, and has been a member of the Helpmann Awards Theatre panel since 2011.
