Roy Winslow

Roy Winslow has travelled across the length and breadth of Western Australia as a local government planner and planning consultant. He has extensive experience in rural and regional areas and developed significant knowledge in all facets of land use planning as well as related fields including economic development, heritage protection, building control, environmental health, emergency management and crown land management. Mr Winslow has also been involved in the review and preparation of local planning schemes, strategies and policies, and the development of new planning instruments through the initial strategy setting, stakeholder input, endorsement, implementation and review phases.
