Non-Executive Director / Westfield Group
Roy Furman was appointed non-executive Director of Westfield Holdings in July 2004, having served as non-executive director of Westfield America Management since 2002. He holds a degree in law from Harvard Law School. Mr Furman is based in the US and is vice chair of Jefferies and Company, and chair of Jefferies Capital Partners which is a group of private equity funds. In 1973 he co-founded Furman Selz, an international investment banking, institutional brokerage and money management firm and was its chief executive until 1997.
