Management changes at Perron Group
Unlisted Perth company Perron Group has announced a series of management changes which will see chief executive officer Ian Armstrong appointed deputy chair.
Ross Robertson has been with the Perron Group since 1981. He was the chief financial officer in 1995 and appointed chief executive and director in 2011. In December 2018, after the passing of group founder Stan Perron, he was appointed chief executive and managing director. He retired as chief executive and managing director at the end of June 2022, but remains an executive director of the company and will serve as a non-executive director of its subsidiary board at Toyota WA and continues as company secretary of the Stan Perron Charitable Foundation.
Mr Robertson is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and a WA division councillor of the Property Council of Australia.
