Centuria buys $11m industrial asset
The Malaga facility attracted a 5 per cent yield, a record for Perth’s northern industrial corridor.

Ross Palframan has been a director of brokerage industrial & logistics for Western Australia at Cushman & Wakefield since April 2023.
Prior to that, he was a member of JLL's industrial WA team since January 2018. He was appointed an executive in the industrial sales & leasing team for WA before becoming an associate in March 2021 and an associate director in March 2022. He is focused on sale and leasing transactions of industrial assets and works closely with private clients, syndicators, developers, owner occupiers and tenants within the northern industrial sub-markets of Perth. Prior to joining JLL, Mr Palframan was an investment sales & leasing executive at MMJ Real Estate and an analyst of financial services company Pula Capital.
He was awarded Centuria’s Industrial Agent of the Year 2022.
