Ron Heeks has over 30 years of mining industry experience, holding senior roles in exploration, mine development and management. He specialises in re-working resource projects to turn them into profitable operations, particularly in challenging environments and those that require barge-supported logistics.
Mr Heeks became the managing director of Larvotto Resources in November 2020. Prior to that, he was the managing director and chief executive of Geopacific Resources for over 7 years, and managing director of World Wide Mining Projects which was a privately funded project generation vehicle setup to acquire and advance projects in South East Asia.
