Roly Egerton-Warburton has joined commercial property leasing group Sheffield Property.Mr Egerton-Warburton is a former business development executive at Heytesbury group.
Roly Egerton-Warburton has over 25 years' experience in sales and negotiation. He works alongside the Joint Managing Directors in the design and implementation of all major leasing campaigns.
Roly delivers leasing and asset repositioning solutions to prime CBD office assets including Central Park, Allendale Square and Australia Place. Roly has conducted subleasing campaigns for major Perth office occupiers such as Westpac, AMEC Foster Wheeler, Thiess, Leighton and Rio Tinto.
Originating from Western Australia, Roly has a strong network through small business, ASX listed companies, international firms, and state and federal government.

Training provider Open Colleges has joined Bethanie, NBN Company and Vocus Communications in signing up this year for space at Workzone Building A, which is now fully leased.
Speculative fit-outs have emerged as a drawcard for boosting leasing activity in the CBD.

The city was one of three capitals to record an increase in office vacancy, with a 0.8 per cent rise in the last six months.
