Roland Berzins

AXG Mining has appointed former Barra Resources managing director Dean Goodwin as managing director and Thompson Downey Cooper principal Robert Downey as non-executive chairman, to replace Guy Le Page who remains as a non-executive director.

Yan Lui has resigned from his positions of chief executive officer and Trinidad general manager at Range Resources. Mr Liu will remain on the board of director as a non-executive director. Joshua Wellisch has resigned as a non-executive director of Dakota Minerals.

Roland Berzins has been appointed director of Excalibur Mining Corporation and will continue to act as joint company secretary of the company. Mr Berzins is also a director of Odin Energy and TikForce.Terrence Jones has resigned as a director of the company. 

Caeneus Minerals has appointed current non-executive director Peter Christie as non-executive chair and Johnathon Busing as company secretary. They replace Keith Bowker who has resigned as non-executive chair and company secretary to pursue other interests.

Tikforce has appointed Madhukar Bhalla as company secretary, following the resignation of Roland Berzins from the role.
