Roger Steinepreis has over 25 years of experience as a corporate and resources lawyer, and is the managing partner of Steinepreis Paganin from its commencement in 1997 to 2014. Since 2015, Mr Steinepreis became the chair of partners.

He has acted as the legal adviser to more than 40 initial public offers and has advised numerous companies, large and small, on strategic acquisitions, whether by takeover, scheme of arrangement, trade sale or other means. Mr Steinepreis has a particular interest in energy and resources law and continues to act for a number of listed and unlisted entities in this field.

He holds a Bachelor of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of WA.
