Roger Davis has over 32 years’ experience in banking and investment banking in Australia, the US and Japan. He is a consulting director at Rothschild Australia and was previously a managing director at Citigroup where he worked for over 20 years and group managing director at ANZ Bank. Mr Davis is a director of AIG Australia, Argo Investments, Ardent Leisure Management and Ardent Leisure. He was chair of Charter Hall Office REIT and Esanda, and director of ANZ (New Zealand), Aristocrat Leisure, CitiTrust in Japan and Citicorp Securities in the USA. He is a Rhodes Scholar, holds an Honours degree in Economics from the University of Sydney, and completed his academic studies at Oxford University with a Master of Philosophy.
