Rodney Lavater

Rodney Lavater is the Cofounder of the Esther Foundation and holds an Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management, a Diploma in Youth Work and has been integrally involved with administration within the charitable sector for more than a decade. He has been nominated for a number of awards in the community, is a keynote speaker at many events, a guest lecturer at Universities and many other institutions and is passionate about assisting young people to reach their potential in life.
