Rodney (Rod) Baxter has over 25 years of operational and executive leadership experience in the resources and engineering services sector.
He was the managing director of engineering, asset management and construction services company Calibre Group. Previous roles included being managing director of Consolidated Minerals and divisional director of Anglo American Platinum.
Mr Baxter's career included a number of substantial business turnarounds as well as the delivery of growth and transformation strategies in various industry sectors.
He has also held non-executive board positions on public company boards, and is chair of MZI Resources and Cullen Wines.
