Rodd Boland has over 20 years of corporate and financial industry experience in investment banking, executive management and the capital markets including advising and raising equity for corporations in the form of venture capital, private equity, pre-initial public offerings and initial public offerings.
Mr Boland was a corporate advisor with Sydney-based merchant bank Emerald Partners, where he assisted in the successful IPO’s of Laconia Resources, Rubianna Resources and Raisama.
