Rod Hamersley is an executive director of Australian Development Capital, an ASIC Certified Responsible Manager of the company, and is jointly responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day management activities of the company with specialities across acquisitions, planning, finance and managements. Mr Hamersley has over 15 years of experience in the property and finance sectors with a background in valuations, commercial agency, development management and funds management. In addition to his time spent in the Australian market, Mr Hamersley also spent over three years working in the Middle East (Dubai and Abu Dhabi) where he was responsible for over $1 billion of development assets as head of business development for a locally-owned private developer. His formal qualifications include being a licenced property valuer, a Qualified Financial Advisor, and a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Property & Marketing from Curtin University.
