Rod Campbell

After completing his degree in agricultural economics at the University of New England, Rod Campbell worked for an agribusiness advisory company specialising in enterprise planning. They were the liaison team between farmers and banks. He then worked in the banking industry for 14 years, in NSW and WA, for Australian and international banks. In 2004, Mr Campbell joined Fortescue Metals Group (FMG) and for eight years, he was involved in a range of high-level financial and management positions within the company. After leaving FMG, Mr Campbell focused on projects that included working with not-for-profit associations, with activities based in rural and regional WA, and on agricultural consultancy and management.
