Robert Waring has over 40 years of experience in financial and corporate roles, including over 25 years as a company secretary for ASX-listed companies and 20 years as a director of ASX-listed companies.
Mr Waring is a director of Oakhill Hamilton, which provides company secretarial and corporate advisory services to a range of listed and unlisted companies. He is a non-executive director and company secretary of unlisted resource company Tartana Resources; and company secretary of Kalbar Resources, Aeris Environmental, Vectus Biosystems and Xref.
Mr Waring also had prior experience with listed companies in the mining industry, having served as the company secretary of Acacia Coal, Gloucester Coal, Carbine Tungsten and Pilbara Minerals; executive director of PlatSearch NL and non-executive director of Commissioners Gold.
