Robert Towner has over 20 years of corporate advisory and executive experience. His career began in 1993 in the financial markets as an authorised representative of Bell Potter Securities.
In 2009 Mr Towner established Cornerstone Corporate, a consulting firm to Australian public companies on corporate planning & advisory, capital raising and compliance. He founded, and was executive director of, bioMD until August 2012 where he played an integral role in the merger with unlisted public company Allied Medical.
