Robert Reynolds has extensive experience in mineral exploration, development and mining operations. He is a chartered accountant with over 35 years' commercial experience in the mining sector and has worked on mining projects in a number of locations including Australia, Africa and across the Oceania region.
Mr Reynolds was a long term director of Delta Gold and director of Extorre Gold Mines when it was acquired by Yamana Gold for CAD$414 million in August 2012. Mr Reynolds also holds directorships with Canadian companies Rugby Mining and Exeter Resource Corporation. He was non-executive chair of Avoca Resources from 2002 until it merged with Anatolia Minerals to form Alacer Gold Corp in 2011. He was non-executive chair of Alacer Gold Corp until 23 August 2011.
