Bath takes up Oilex roles
Oilex has appointed Chris Bath as chief financial officer and company secretary, following the resignation of current CFO and company secretary Robert Ierace.
Robert Ierace is a Chartered Accountant and Secretary with over 20 years of experience, predominantly with ASX and AIM-listed resources, oil and gas exploration and production companies.
He has extensive experience in financial and commercial management including experience in corporate governance, debt and capital raising, risk management, treasury management, insurance, corporate acquisitions and divestment.
Mr Ierace held senior financial roles for various resource and oil & gas companies including Bullseye Mining, Key Petroleum, Amadeus Energy, Kimberley Diamond Company and Rio Tinto Iron Ore.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Curtin University, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia, and a Graduate Certificate of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.

George Ventouras has resigned as non-executive director of Apollo Consolidated, having served on the board since 2009. He will be involved with the company in an executive consulting capacity.
Glyn Denison has retired as non-executive director of DTI Group. He remains a significant shareholder of the company. Current non-executive director Greg Purdy will assume the role of chair while Neil Goodey steps down as chair and remains a non-executive director.
