Rick Francis

Richard Francis has over 20 years of experience in the Australian energy and energy infrastructure industries.
Mr Francis joined Spark Infrastructure in January 2009 as chief financial officer before becoming managing director and chief executive in May 2012. Prior to that, he had worked at APA Group and Origin Energy, and was a director of SA Power Networks and Victoria Power Networks.
Mr Francis was the inaugural chair of NSW Electricity Networks Operations (TransGrid) in December 2015 and served as deputy chair since June 2016.
