Richie Baston

Richie Baston has over 15 years of experience in corporate advisory, working across industry sectors including infrastructure, mining, property, industrials, agriculture and aged care. He has advised on a range of transaction types including buy and sell side roles on both public and private M&A transactions and debt capital raising.

Prior to joining Azure Capital in June 2009, Mr Baston worked for Macquarie Group’s investment banking division in Sydney and London. He has also spent time leading the in-house corporate development team within an ASX 200 company and in a funds management role with a Macquarie-managed private equity vehicle.

He holds Bachelors of Law (with Honours) and Commerce from the University of Western Australia, and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.
