Westpac axes PwC as embattled firm announces job cuts
Westpac has ended its relationship with external auditor PwC as the under-fire firm continues to face setbacks after a leaking scandal.
Richard Gwilym specialises in advising public sector clients on digital strategy and transformation.
He spent over 23 years with PwC and was a leader in its consulting arm. In August 2023, Mr Gwilym became the interim managing partner of Scyne Advisory, PwC’s public sector spin-out which provides consulting services to federal and state government departments.
