Richard Crane has over 20 years of legal experience in family and de facto law & litigation inlcuding children's matters, property settlement, spousal maintenance and divorce. He can also assist clients who are subject to family violence situations and claims, in relation to restraining orders and child protection matters.
Mr Crane commenced in the UK as a barrister in independent practice and spent almost a decade in Western Australia as a solicitor and barrister specialising in family law.
Mr Crane received a dual First Class Honours degree from Keele University, and postgraduate degrees/academic qualifications from Cambridge University, Nottingham Law School and London’s Inns of Court School of Law in the UK. He also received the Prince of Wales Scholarship and the David Karmel Entrance Award.
