Rebecca Heffernan

Rebecca Heffernan is a director of Amalgam Recruitment and manages the HSE direction and strategy. She has been with the business since its inception. Ms Heffernan is an Economics graduate from the University of Western Australia and holds additional qualifications in Workplace Health and Safety. She has extensive experience in the recruitment, banking and finance industries where she also held senior relationship roles. Ms Heffernan has worked for ANZ and Westpac bank for over 10 years, and spent more than 5 years in senior management roles with a major public-listed recruitment business, opening and growing its Victorian operations.
