Prior to her appointment as chief people officer with Australian Finance Group in 2024, Rebecca Gravestock spent a year working as freelance consultant and advisor in Melbourne. Her previous experience includes nearly 5 years at technology company Xero, serving in roles such as director of people and performance and general manager of global people experience. Ms Gravestock has also worked at Strategy&, a consulting unit within PwC, for 13 years.
