Rebecca Cain joined Lavan's property & leasing practice in November 2020 and was promoted to an associate in July 2022.
Ms Cain works with property developers to achieve registration of strata titled schemes and assists with the preparation of off the plan sales contracts., as well as amalgamations and subdivisions. She also advises strata managers of contracts and their rights and obligations under the Strata Titles Act, as well as acting for a range of strata companies across the state and providing advice on the day-to-day management of strata titled schemes.
