Raymond Weeda spent over 22 years focused on delivering software solutions for businesses. His entrepreneurial business skills have been developed through a consultancy business in Europe in the early 1990s.
Returning to Australia, Mr Weeda worked for PeopleSoft and Logical before becoming involved in Luceo Systems as a technology startup. He was responsible for the Connect Technology suite of products that Luceo Systems successfully took to market. After becoming its chief executive, he grew Luceo Systems from a single client startup to running Completions Connect on multi-billion dollar projects for blue chip companies such as BHP, Apache Energy, Incitec Pivot.
In March 2014, Mr Weeda successfully launched Silverhorse Technologies as a completions and commissioning software provider.
