Ray Ellis is a Chartered Accountant who spent 5 years with PwC before pursuing his passion in property and obtaining a Graduate Diploma in Property.
Before becoming the owner & director of Xceed Real Estate in July 2016, and chief executive of Joyce Property Investments in April 2022, Mr Ellis owned multiple investment properties and had dealings with multiple property managers. Through his experience as a property developer and property owner, he had the opportunity of dealing with many different property management departments throughout Perth and interstate, which has allowed him to have a full appreciation of how important it is to have a reliable and exceptional property manager. Mr Ellis oversees his family property development companies, and is responsible for the entire development process from pre-purchase through to completion.
