Former executives sue gold miner
Three former senior executives from gold exploration company Ten Sixty Four are taking the company to court over allegations of oppressive conduct and a breach of duty of care.
Raul Villanueva
Raul Villanueva is an attorney and was appointed an executive director of Medusa Mining from January 2013 to October 2020 following his appointment as president of the company’s Philippines operating company, Philsaga Mining Corporation (“Philsaga”) in December 2012. He has been the executive vice president of Philsaga since November 2011.
Mr Villanueva has Bachelor degrees in Economics, Military Science & Tactics, and Law. He has also been a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and an Attorney and Counsellor-at-Law since 1994.
