Ralf Boepple

Ralf Boepple has over 20 years’ experience in the plumbing and construction industry. He started his career with a mechanical and plumbing apprenticeship back in Germany in 1996. Upon finishing his degree in 1999, he worked for another year for a hydraulic and mechanical contractor specialised in the field of maintenance of hydraulic and mechanical systems. In 2000, Mr Boepple decided to do a full-time university course in Building Services Engineering which he finished successfully in 2004 with BE qualifications. Prior to joining Wood & Grieve Engineers (WGE) in 2006, he worked for a mechanical and hydraulic contractor as project manager and estimator. Mr Boepple started work with WGE as a hydraulic engineer and worked up to the position of a hydraulic project engineer and principal. In 2015, he developed and initiated project tailored alternative plumbing solutions to gain efficiencies on projects. Mr Boepple is responsible for managing all aspects of the hydraulic services provided by WGE.
