Rajan Aggarwal

Rajan Aggarwal has 12 years’ experience as an investment banking executive in mergers & acquisitions, project financing and capital raising. He has worked across a broad range of sectors including oil and gas, energy, infrastructure, metals and mining, and utilities. His previous experience includes 9 years with Macquarie Capital based in Sydney, the Middle East and Perth where he was responsible for working with senior team members on the origination and execution of corporate/M&A and project finance transactions, privatisations and restructurings in those locations. Mr Aggarwal also worked for Woodside Energy for over three years in its exploration and mergers and acquisition team which saw the exploration team acquire 19 blocks internationally during this period. He has also provided consulting services to several clients including SunEdison, Synergy and UAE-based infrastructure funds. Mr Aggarwal graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Quantitative and Corporate Finance, and a Bachelor of Engineering majoring in Information Technology.
