Rahul Goel
Executive Director / Cockatoo Island Mining
Rahul Goel has extensive experience in multiple markets as head of projects planning & corporate development at General Nice Resources Group and with the affiliated Abterra Resources. He is also a director of India-based companies of GNR. Prior to GNR, Mr Goel served at Adani Group as senior trader for iron ore, steel and scrap business.
Mr Goel was also an executive director of ASX-listed Pluton Resources and non-executive director of Irvine Island Finance Corporation.
Originally from India, Mr Goel was based throughout Asia, Europe, Middle East, US and Australia.
He is a Commerce graduate and also holds an MBA in Marketing, specialising in International Business.
