Rade Dudurovic

Rade Dudurovic is a director of Sequent Corporation, a privately-held investment and advisory business that works closely with investment groups to source opportunities, execute investments, drive operational improvements and grow shareholder value. Mr Dudurovic is currently a non-executive director and the chairman of the Audit Committee of Tamawood and AstiVita. He is also non-executive chairman of QMI. Mr Dudurovic has over 20 years' experience in investment and private equity, including senior executive roles with Farallon Capital, ANZ Private Equity, PricewaterhouseCoopers Financial Advisory and Peregrine Investments, a Hong Kong-based investment house which is now part of BNP Paribas.
