Rachel Taweel is a lawyer practising at McComish Legal, a boutique construction law and commercial litigation firm.
She has experience assisting teams in a range of disputes including construction, mining, contract and property matters, in various courts and tribunals, as well as through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as adjudication and mediation.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Ms Taweel worked at Aurora Stone (a leading stone manufacturing company) as a scheduler and as head of estimating/tendering for residential projects.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting & Finance) from Curtin University.
