Kenner appointed chief of Industrial Relations Commission
After more than two decades with the state’s Industrial Relations Commission, lawyer Stephen Kenner has been promoted to the role of chief commissioner.
Rachel Cosentino, a barrister at Francis Burt Chambers, has extensive industrial relations and litigation experience.
Prior to joining the Bar, Ms Cosentino headed up the general law division at Slater & Gordon Lawyers.
In May 2021, Ms Cosentino was appointed a senior commissioner of the WA Industrial Relations Commission.

The industrial dispute between the government and nurses has been resolved with ground given on both sides.
Nurses have received public support from a major ally ahead of tomorrow's strike, while the opposition has called for unions to respect the industrial umpire's orders.
