Changes to $110m Applecross apartments approved
Edge Visionary Living will add 1.95 metres to its 224-dwelling, 16-storey Applecross development, despite council opposition.
Rachel Chapman is a statutory and strategic planner with over 20 years of experience in private and public practice.
She joined Taylor Burrell Barnett in 2007 as associate, senior associate and associate director before becoming a director in July 2015. Prior to that, Ms Chapman held various positions in public and private practice including 7 years at the State Department of Planning as coordinator of country (Northern and Eastern Regions) which included responsibilities for statutory and strategic planning in the Kimberley, Pilbara, Wheatbelt and Goldfields Regions, as well as senior planning positions in Metropolitan South; and 3 years at the Department of Premier and Cabinet as principal policy officer on native title where she advised senior government officers and ministers on Native Title matters.
