Rachael Kelly has over 20 years of experience as a HR and change management executive. She has worked in government, private and public listed organisations, both locally and internationally. Prior to joining Harrier Human Capital, Ms Kelly held a London-based HR director role with international law firm, Slater & Gordon. Reporting directly to the board, as both a member of the executive team and as a HR and change subject matter expert, Ms Kelly developed maturity and capability in the HR function to provide the organisation with a robust platform for future growth. In addition to her internal HR expertise, she has successfully managed her own HR consulting business, working with large service organisations such as PwC and United Group Services, as well as with medium-sized organisations across multiple industry sectors. A member of the Australian Human Resources Institute (CAHRI), the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and committee member of the Change Management Institute (Australian Chapter), Ms Kelly provides expert advice and ongoing coaching on matters of people and culture, management and leadership, internal change capability and outsourced HR services. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resource Management from Deakin University, Certificate IV in Workplace and Business Coaching, and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. She is also a certified Prosci ADKAR change management professional.
