Pierre Boivin's practice is focused on commercial transactions, notably in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, private equity and related matters in Canada and internationally, including sub-Saharan Africa.
He is a frequent speaker at events and conferences in the fields of mining, oil & gas and energy; and is a co-founder and moderator of the annual Franco Mines Conference .
