Neighbourhood clash over $27m Dalkeith mansion
A proposal to add a swimming pool and pavilion to the late Alan Bond’s Dalkeith mansion has caused planners and lawyers to lock horns at a Nedlands council meeting.
Phillip Dobson commenced his legal career in 2004 as an associate in the Federal Court to the Honourable Justice French, who would later become the Chief Justice of the High Court. After completing his Associateship, Mr Dobson went on to work in two national law firms before joining Hotchkin Hanly Lawyers where he became a partner in 2014. Mr Dobson practices primarily in litigation and dispute resolution. He has broad experience in a wide range of commercial litigation fields including contractual disputes, planning matters, competition and consumer law, negligence (and other torts), Corporations Act matters, mining and resources litigation. He regularly appears as counsel in contested matters in State and Federal courts and Tribunals.
