Philip Mackey has over three decades of listed and unlisted company secretarial and commercial experience, including multi-jurisdictional board practice as both a company secretary and a director.
Mr Mackey is with Company Matters, and was previously the company secretary of ASX and SGX dual listed Australand Group, deputy company secretary of AMP, and chief operating officer of specialised funds at Babcock & Brown.
He is a Fellow of the Governance Institute Australia, and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
