Philip Edmands

Philip Edmands is a former Managing Director Australia and General Counsel Iron ore, Australia at Rio Tinto where he headed up the company’s Australian head office in Melbourne. Phil has been with Rio Tinto for almost 10 years and was formerly Perth Managing Partner at Blake Dawson Waldron (now Ashurst) practising in its Energy & Resources group. He is also a former Director, Business Council of Australia and Minerals Council of Australia.
