Peter Sinclair new partner at PKF
PKF Perth is very pleased to announce that Peter Sinclair will become a Partner of the practice in the Corporate Tax Division effective from 1 October 2020.

Peter Sinclair provides specialist taxation advice on a range of matters including tax consolidations, entity structures, mergers/acquisitions and international tax issues.
He works with mining and resources clients, as well as SMEs and large private entities. He has also worked with family businesses.
Mr Sinclair is a member of The Tax Institute and Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia, and is published in the TIA Blue Journal.
He has a strong understanding of regulatory requirements for Australian businesses across tax legislation, accounting standards, tax lodgement deadlines, corporations law and regulatory bodies such as ASIC and ASX.
