Mr Roberts commenced his career in accounting with KPMG. He held various roles during his 9-year tenure at Moore Stephens Australia and was the managing director of White Outsourcing from 2005 to December 2016. Mr Roberts joined Steadfast Business Solutions in August 2013 as executive general manager of integration synergies. He became Steadfast's executive general manager of business solutions in December 2016 and is also its company secretary.
He is a member of Australia and New Zealand Chartered Accountants.
